We have formed very close working relationships with numerous health care and mental health professionals. In order to achieve our therapeutic community, our clinical and therapeutic activities are directed by these professional staff, which include psychological, social work, counseling, and nursing professionals. In turn, the staff utilitize the supervision and consultation of physicians, psychiatrists, and medical specialists, and are happy to work with each resident's own psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, counselor, physician, therapist, and case manager. Each facility is appropriately staffed with aides, caregivers, maintenance, and dietary staff, with each facility under the immediate supervision of a manager or administrator responsible for the overall operation. Each facility is staffed with a nurse, or has licensed nurses availiable on-call. Our clinical psychologist endeavors to personally see each patient, and/or review their progress and therapeutic milieu, on a monthly, or more frequent basis. |
