A nursing home LOC and MI/MR Screen is required for placement in a nursing home facility. A Protective LOC may be required for placement in one of our residential care facilities, adult care facilities, and our group homes, but a MI/MR Screen is not required for Protective LOC's. Our Assisted Living and Sheltered Apartments programs do not require that the resident be initially placed in a facility prior to such placement. We will assist you in obtaining the appropriate LOC and MI/MR Screens, if needed. |
